Diablo Dermatology was established over thirty years ago by Dr. David A. Fisher. Many of our staff members began with Dr. Fisher and have maintained their employment with Diablo Dermatology for many years.
Dr. Noel Chiu began collaborating with Dr. Fisher in 2003. Dr. Chiu assumed leadership of the practice in 2005.
After over thirty years of practicing, Dr. Fisher officially retired in the summer of 2006.
